Claire's Paragraph: Vivid Verbs

Claire meandered down the crowded but lonely hallway on this first day of school. She glimpsed to her left, and then to her right. Then, she rapidly staggered out and joined the throng of students. Did anyone perceive her? Although she wished to peek around, she kept staring straight ahead. However, it seemed that none of her classmates glanced at her as they stride quickly to their classes.
